Mr. Peter Roggelin was born in Lübeck and completed a training as tax inspector at the tax administration in Hamburg from 1969 to 1972.

After that he studied economics and business law in Hamburg from 1972 to 1978 and worked parallely in a business and tax advice agency until 1984. During this Mr. Roggelin founded with Ole von Beust and others a partnership in 1983 with accountants, tax consultants and lawyers.

Besides this, Mr. Roggelin wound-up in bankruptcy proceedings and settlements.The knowledge acquired within these activities was since then applied and extended in numerous cases of out of court settlement negotiations and crisis situations of a business.

The main stress of his activities lies in the fiscal and economical consultancy, as well as the examination of medium-sized enterprises such as fashion, life-style, and cosmetic companies, building industry, advertising agencies, security companies, and the advise of physicians.

His special interest is focused on the international tax law, and the application of the double tax agreement.
