Tom-Florian Ribbe was born in Hamburg. After finishing school he started to study law University of Hamburg. After passing the first exam successfully he spent some time in the USA for further education. There he was working for an established co-partnership. While completing the legal clerkship Mr. Ribbe spent six months in San Francisco working at an established commercial law office. After passing successfully the second exam, Mr. Ribbe started his career as an in-house lawyer for an commercial enterprise. His special fields were labour law, distribution law and business and corporate law. Furthermore he was manager of the area of marketing and distribution.

After twelve years Mr. Ribbe decided to work as a lawyer again.

Since 2007 he is supporting the co-partnership Roggelin & Partner PartG mbB in the areas of labour law, business law, distribution law, tenancy law and traffic law.

In his capacity of beeing an author he also reports on current judgement in traffic law for a national newspaper.
